Agata Maria Couture-Dresses for Princesses

Agata Maria Couture

I came home one evening and got immersed in Twitter, this happens quite often 🙂 Every Wednesday from 9-10 pm GMT on Twitter you will see the hash tag weddinghour trending. This was created by Lisa Hogg, founder of The Wedding Affair. During this time, the International Wedding industry (I kid you not), comes out in full force. You can literally find anything you require for your wedding. Ranging, from venues to activities for your younger wedding guests. There are even tools for event planners.  It was during wedding hour, I found Agata Maria Couture.

I just had to take the opportunity to write about them, as their collections are to die for. Agata Maria Couture is a family business, run by a mother-daughter team. The brand began, when Agata couldn’t find her dream wedding dress. So,she decided to create her own! This is when Agata Maria Couture was born. Two years ago, they opened a studio in West London, specialising in luxury dresses for Flower Girls, bespoke bridal wear and wedding garters. In this post, I will be focusing on the Flower Girl Collection. Their garters will be covered in another post detailing my quest for the perfect garter.

The Collection-Dresses for Princesses

The Flower Girl Collection, really stands out as the designs are unique. The attention to detail is second to none and you can really see the quality of the fabrics used on the pieces. Many dresses on the market typically follow the same, traditional styles. There is nothing wrong with this at all, especially if that is what you want. However, I feel that as bridal fashion changes, it should not be limited to the bride alone, let’s extend it to the bridal party. Flower girl

Agata Maria Couture have broken the mould, they have created a modern yet iconic flower girl collection. Lace has been used on some of the pieces, so you have a modern look with a traditional feel.

Heyy!! Thanks for stopping by. This is something I’m looking into now as spam comments are starting to become a massive pain for me also. I haven’t tried it, but I would suggest putting a tweet out there as the blogging community is really great and always on hand to help. If I find anything in the meantime, I’ll let you know xx
